This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but within easy walking distance. The grounds are lush and green and very well cared for. They have a very good recycling scheme whereby all your rubbish has to be sorted and deposited into the correct collection bins that are provided at the main entrance to the site. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

The staff was wonderful. The check-in process was fast and simple. We felt we were at home and felt very comfortable with our kids free to walk around the resort grounds. The two pools were amazing. One dedicated for pool fun and kids and the other pool was meant for more of a relaxing quiet experience. Our 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5. The location was excellent for our family needs. We wanted to do a day trip to Venice and there was a nice clean and quiet train station just a 20 min drive away. It was only 90min train ride to Venice.

Very nice place for a family holiday. Very frendly personnel. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. If you want see around at the lake (which you should), you must have a car with you. Another reason for the car is that there are no restaurants near the place and it is not a walking distance to the village or to the beach.

Thank you for a wonderful week in your accommodation! We had a great time there with our 3-year old son Felix. I didn't expect too much before the arrival and definitely was surprised by the very obliging and friendly "welcome" - food was good, drinks too, and Felix had a great time at the playgrounds and in the different pools. Thank you so much, you will be in good memory ;-)

Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic.

In the pictures, the place appears as newer, clean, nice and well-maintained, but what you get is old and dirty. I have a dust allergy and my allergy exploded during the stay. The breakfast was expensive. Most of the staff were nice, but one person in particular was arrogant and rude.

We stayed with two little kids during spring holidays and the weather was great. The kids club is great and the activities are various and span the whole day, everyday. We particularly liked the Italian evening in the restaurant, the food was amazing and much cheaper than other excellent Italian restaurants in the region. We didn't try the breakfast but the croissant was fresh and delicious. The only thing that we think needs improvement is the cleanness - maybe adding a vacuum cleaner to the apartment and changing the towels and the sheets more frequently. Other than that everything was amazing, especially the team - both at the reception and the kids club.
