Great location to explore Ajijic. We were checked into a a different than what we reserved. They told us that they were in the middle of remodeling and the room use ti be a king bed but was now 2 queens.. However it, was also missing the ac. After about an hour of discussion we were moved to the room we reserved.. it seems they have there rooms on too many different platforms and don't know what the descriptions are in the booking platforms

The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect to get around the city. A few little annoyances: broken shower head, no cleaning of the room or replacing of items requested, told we had to pay for hot tub use after we checked in and we were in the hot tub. Husband got out to go pay fee of *** pesos each. Thankfully, they did fix the shower next day. The excuse for not cleaning the room was bc they did not have an extra key. So little annoyances. We left a day early feeling we paid a lot for a little. Rooms are spacious and clean upon arrival.
