For a 3* hotel this was perfect, room was big enough for a family of 4 if your kids are young enough for bung beds. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. I’ve stayed in 4* hotels worse than this place. Would highly recommend for a stay over or short stay.

Big clean rooms. The key-cards often stop working and you have to go to the reception. Staff is nice. The location is not the best. But we knew that already. The lack of a fridge even a shared one was a bit annoying.

this was the second time that I had stayed at this hotel. the receptionists were welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again with no qualms.

Poor location - among block of flats, no view. Not many options to dine out even with a car. Room dark and dingy, little prison like. Not even a kettle in the room. Only one lift & extremely frustratingly slow!! Breakfast is poor, don’t bother. Overall, very disappointing, waste of money.

It has been a rally bad experience. The hotel did not clean my room, not change towels… them I paid the brakfasr and long queus, no bread, no Mill, nothing to eat … we stayed 4 nights And we could not tale the elevator… horrible stay

The hotel is very basic, small rooms, but very clean and in a good location. You pay for what you get! And you get with this Ibis Budget a lot for a small amount of money! I will certainly return, close to Evian, Sciez and Thonon City.

Very basic room with no space to even walk around the bed meaning you had to jump around one another to get to the toilet. No onsite parking - it has to be left on the street. No hairdryer in the room and we were positioned right next to the noisy lift - tried to complain but no-one of authority onsite to deal with things! Wouldn't recommend though a reasonable price and close to tourist destinations such as Evian etc ...

I booked this hotel because it came up on hotels.com within the search range of Geneva Airport and listed it as being 20 km away. It is much further than 20 km away. If you are flying out of Geneva and staying here, you better have an afternoon flight and be ready to start your travel early in the morning. I had to take a bus, a train and another two buses to get there and nearly missed my plane. I would not have booked had I realized it was going to be so far.
