Clean, functional, very well located, good balconies and terraces for sitting out.
Kitchen only just about adequate, nowhere particularly comfortable to sit.
Not easy to find your way around if arriving when reception is closed.

The apartement- house is very nice, we enjoyed our stay very much. The stuff is very friendly, and the villlage el cotillo is just beautiful!
If you are searching for an apartement where you have enough place to cook, relax and sleep in a small village a bit away from mainstream-tourism, el cotillo ocean view is the perfect place to stay.

Great position with great views from the roof terrace. Plenty of parking. Close to bars and restaurants.
Loved having a lift, now that we’re older we do struggle with stairs sometimes.
No cleaning but everything provided to keep apartment clean. Clean towels and toilet paper after 2 or 3 days.
The only thing missing was a safe.
