    Disappointing experience – definitely not worth the price I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at Sweet Home Suite Hotel was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it. We were travelling as a family and, unfortunately, I made a mistake with our booking dates. I completely understand that this was my mistake, but I was quite surprised by how unaccommodating the hotel was. Despite explaining the situation, they were unwilling to help us, and we ended up having to spend the night at another hotel and return to Sweet Home Suite the following day. A little flexibility and understanding would have made a big difference. The service was just average, and the breakfast was okay at best. Things got even more disappointing when I asked to extend our stay by one additional night. The rate they offered us was almost double what was available on Agoda for the same hotel and room. It was difficult to understand why an existing guest would be quoted such a high rate directly. The biggest issue, however, was the housekeeping. We were out for the entire day and returned to find that our room had not been cleaned at all. The towels had not even been changed. When you are paying hotel rates, basic housekeeping should really be a given. Overall, the biggest disappointment was the attitude. We felt that there was very little willingness to accommodate or assist guests, and the overall service did not match the price or the expectations of a hotel. There are plenty of hotels in Trabzon, and based on our experience, I would personally choose another option next time.
