Casa Agustina with a private pool is a traditional Mallorquin style country house set off the main road that connects Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. This convenient location provides easy access to Old Town Pollensa, Pollensa Golf course and the beautiful beaches at Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The house sleeps 6 guests and consists of two floors with only the ground floor available to rent. Inside, the decoration is rustic in style with wood beam ceilings, tiled floors, white-washed walls and some antique furnishings. The accommodation comprises a lounge/dining room, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double, two twins and a shared family bathroom. Through the outside terrace, a door leads into the kitchen which is fitted with all the necessary electrical appliances. Adjacent is a huge traditional kitchen/barbeque house equipped with work surfaces, a sink, dining furniture, fireplace and built-in barbecue and wood oven. A second exterior modern bathroom and utility area with laundry facilities complete the house. Outside, an established garden and a sun terrace with loungers surround a private swimming pool, perfect for lazy days relaxing in the sunshine.
