Highly recommended. Stayed for an overnight transfer - a great place to spend a few hours exploring Santiago.

An honest review of my stay based off my experience.
1) No hot water. Do not expect to have a hot shower at this hotel. When I contacted the booking agency after I discovered no hotel water in the shower they told me hot water wasn't included. The hotel offered to change rooms but the other rooms offered also had no hot water.
2) Freezing cold room. Only a small loud electric heater on ground that doesn't heat anything. So if you visit in winter you will be freezing cold in your room.
3) Extremely Noisy from the street and paper thin glass. Makes it hard to sleep at night.
4) Seedy area with homeless people around.
5) No fridge or kettle in the room and no drinking bottled water
6) Check in was basic with no information like where to get wifi password or where breakfast is located. For these reasons it made an uncomfortable stay and I couldn't wait to leave. I stayed 3 weeks in South America and this was the worst hotel out of them all. I wouldn't return and hope they can at least fix some of the above issues that make for an unpleasant stay. I hope other people read this review and can either relate to it if they have already stayed here and understand these concerns or if you are thinking of booking stay away and count yourself lucky.
