Just the one night, but have stayed here before. Complimentary room upgrade to sea view. No idea why but would probably refuse it next time thanks to the Premier Inn next door having extremely bright lights on their hotel which lit the room up all night like we had left the lights on. Rooms a very comfortable, no Aircon but a fan is provided. Nice tea and coffee supplies but no hot chocolate and only 1 pack of biscuits for 2😢. Bathroom is huge. Very nice walk in shower that didn't leak! Went out for dinner as my partner wasn't keen on the menu, although I thought it sounded delicious. From my previous stay I know the white onion soup is the best I've had. Breakfast had plenty of choice, buffet for continental and waiter service for the cooked options. Asked for decaf coffee and was given a large insulated jug, the same as the ground coffee but the waiter only put one of the individual decaf sachets in. Obviously this was very weak but when I informed the waiter he said it was what he was told to do and walked away. Fortunately I carry my own sachets so rectified it myself. This was the only occasion that the staff were anything less than excellent. Had a great massage from Emma, who is training to do sports massage so she really knew her stuff. The rest of the spa was very modern and spotlessly clean and pool was a good temperature. Will definitely stay again.

What a superb hotel, our 2nd stay, we just had a classic double but more than enough room, king bed, fridges in all rooms, bottle of milk, tiny cakes wonderful. Room was tidy clean and staff are excellent. Breakfast was excellent, such a cosy atmosphere. Free car park, will be definitely staying again.

Had a very relaxing stay on New Year’s Eve. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
