There was no employee attending Reception counter when we arrived at 10 AM. This left us fun going along with no success with your counter computer and with our iPhones to attempt an online book in. When we finally were able to access online, it blocked us indicating we would have to wait till 4 PM. Leaving us in the lurch for six hours. Fortunately your manager address showed up at 11 AM and most graciously gave us access to her own right away.

For the location, the price was good. It smelled musty! I didn’t like that I’ve gotten a prepaid reservation thru Agoda but still they charged me a fee (tax?!) Don’t know still whose fault that is. It seems they don’t like it when one gets rooms not thru their own website, so they managed to hike the price. Buyers beware! Going to Sobe, it’s a good location. Restaurant at the place is good but v expensive. But that’s like any other place in Sobe.

First, i messaged the facility but never got a reply. Second there was no one at reception, self check-in is ok with digital key but the addtl charge of $30 something was a surprise. No water refilling for convenience & parking not included. We had had to find our own, luckily, there was a $20 overnight parking nearby. 20% off on restaurants also useful but we did not try the facility restos
