This Kiawah Island vacation rental home features five bedrooms, captivating views of Turtle Point Golf Course, and access to the Atlantic/Turtle Beach seasonal community pool. The home is approximately a 2-minute walk from the beach.

A gracious front porch welcomes you into this well-appointed, beautifully renovated home. Inside, you will appreciate the calming neutral hues, high-end furnishings, and seamless open floor plan. Step into the living area, where you will find an L-shaped sofa opposite a large wall-mounted TV, stylish accent chairs, and plenty of natural light. A dining area with a long wooden table effortlessly connects the living space to the kitchen. Fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals, the all-white kitchen will delight chefs of all levels. Stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating make this gourmet kitchen a dream.

Three of the home's five bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first, a spacious primary suite, invites you to relax with a king-sized bed, golf course views, and a well-appointed private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom enjoys direct access to the screened porch. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and private bathroom and the other with a full bed and convenient access to the full hallway bathroom, are in the front of the home. Ascend the stairs to find a bedroom with two full beds and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and daybed. A second-floor balcony (accessible from the queen/daybed room) and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo complete the upper level.

Enjoy time outdoors on the home's breezy screened porch or second-floor balcony. Both areas overlook Turtle Point Golf Course's 13th fairway. Or, meander to the covered front porch and sip your coffee while curling up with your favorite beach read.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Atlantic/Turtle Beach community pool. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
