About this villa rental
Enjoy local architecture and bohemian design in your villa. You can swim in your private pool or in the sea, which is within walking distance. Facilities such as fish restaurants, breakfast cafes and markets are just around the corner.
All rooms have bathroom and air conditioning. On the upper floor there are 3 double rooms, all with bathrooms and AC. On the ground floor, there is a single room, air conditioning and a shared toilet in the living room. An elderly guest can do all activities without climbing stairs.
Çiftlikköy is a charming town with the longest coastline in Çeşme. There is a sandy beach on the beach that is free and does not deepen immediately. In addition, you will find many fish restaurants, grocery stores and cafes on the beach. These all activities are 3-5 min. walking distance from the villa.

Altinkum region beaches - 3 min.

A modernly styled and fully equipped Villa, allowing great Alfresco dinning. The pool was an additional bonus and the location made it easy to reach Cesme & Alacati by car. The local coastline and restaurants were a short 5min walk away. The host Ferhat along with his mother Seviha hanim were wonderful hosts, extremely welcoming, helpful with providing advice on local places to visit and restaurants to dine at. Would not hestate returning back again.at, and wealwhandiffoneeded. T

The house was perfect everything brand new, comfortable and attractive. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 adult kids and we need room for everyone to have a bit of privacy. This house fit our needs perfectly. It has a great pool was spacious, bedrooms and beds were super comfortable and the host was amazing - he helped with dinner reservations during a peak holiday stay and answered all our questions quickly and was easy to contact. Would rent again and would recommend this property to family and friends.
