Situated a 3 mi. drive from the beach and Mizner Park, the house is close to the best of Boca Raton with its fine dining and exclusive shops, this peaceful oasis offers our guests all the privacy they require with plenty of outdoor space and a heated pool to unwind. The thoughtfully designed house blends easily with the tropical environment, the house has palm trees, avocado, and mango trees. Travertine deck, lounge chairs, sofas, outdoor dining table for 8, BBQ area with a bistro table, and a hammock to relax. The minimalist interior uses materials such as neutral tiles, wood, and white linen, for a fresh yet lush setting.

The living-room furnished with a sectional sofa and a loveseat to seat 8 guests comfortable and a 75" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV.

A fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a dining area that seats 8, breakfast counter with highchairs, and an office space with a sleeper sofa and a desk with a chair.

Kitchen Equipment: All stainless-steel appliances. Small appliances include a Keurig K-Express and a regular coffee maker, blender, Belgian waffle maker, electric can opener, tea kettle, a digital toaster, and full of utensils, pots and pans, and more.

Dining area: Very open and bright space that overlooks the swimming pool and porch. Comfortably seats 8 guests.

Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, one en-suite, each with its own TV.

Master Bedroom - King size bed, en-suite modern bathroom with European rain shower and anti-fog LED mirror, single vanity, sitting area, 65" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, a walking-in-closet, and a closet. Natural materials such as wood, seagrass area rug, and a neutral color palette.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a closet. Natural materials such as wood, seagrass area rug, and natural colors.

Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a closet. Natural materials such as wood, seagrass area rug, and natural colors.

Bathroom 2 - A modern bathroom with a shower, anti-FOG led mirror, single vanity, and can be used as a Cabana bath.

Backyard: Fully fenced for security, BBQ area with a propane gas grill and a bistro table and chairs, sitting area for 8, lounge chairs, sofas, hammock, a solar LED offset hanging umbrella and coffee table. The backyard is fully illuminated with colored landscape lighting. The house is pet friendly!!

Garage: The garage has a split A/C and a Washer & Dryer area. Beach equipment is provided including umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cooler and sand toys. Parking in the garage is not permitted as it was converted to a playroom where the guests can enjoy the ping-pong table, a giant dominoes and a giant tumble tower, a darts board, and more.

Security System: The house has surveillance cameras and is 24 hs monitored. In addition, the house has fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and certified fire extinguishers. A landline is provided for emergencies.

If you are planning on having parties, commercial photo shoots or filming, and/or events, this is not the right property to book. This house has a minimum age requirement, and a short-term rental agreement must be signed. Picture ID is required before check-in.

We follow guidelines to ensure you have a safe and memorable stay. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood, and we value our neighbors. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and peaceful nights, feel free to book. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
