Spacious property located in the residential area of Cala Gonone, convenient to the beach, 750 metres away, as well as to the main services and the small port from which boats depart to visit the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei: Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé, to name but a few.
It consists of two completely autonomous lodgings within the same structure.
The first, with a beautiful sea view from the veranda, consists of a large living area with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, two other double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms; the walls are embellished with numerous paintings by important local artists.
In this accommodation there is a TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
The second accommodation is a practical three-room flat consisting of a living area with kitchenette, double bedroom, triple bedroom and bathroom.

All around the property is a large private courtyard/garden furnished with table and chairs in which there is a stone barbecue.
