Hyatt House Irvine/john Wayne Airport

The place was wonderful. The only problem is they charged me twice for my stay. Once through the company I always use to book my hotel reservations and the other, directly through the hotel.

Worse than I expected. Maybe I had high expectations for this hotel. Most of the staff were nice and kind, except for one front desk employee, Edward. I ordered an item from Amazon, and the estimated delivery date was February 17. I saw the Amazon delivery driver in the parking lot, so I knew my package had arrived. I also received a notification saying that my item had been handed to someone at the front desk. When I asked Edward about my package, he asked for my name and went into a small room in the back. He returned and said there was no package under my name. I showed him the delivery notification, but he kept insisting that there was nothing. I double-checked the address with him—2320 Main Street—and he replied, “No, it’s 2320.” That was exactly the address I had given him. He continued to say there was no package under my name. Later, another staff member recognized me and said she had received my package. Edward went back into the room again and finally found it. He did not apologize for the mistake, although the other staff member did. His attitude was very disappointing and unprofessional.
