The home needs several updates in the kitchen (all coffee cups were chipped and the coffee maker was only for 2 people, for example). There were 4 of us at the property and then my 22 year old daughter wanted to join us to watch her brother play in a lacrosse tournament we were there for. I asked the property manager if she could stay with us on the couch and offered to pay an additional fee to make it work so we could all be together, but after several back and forths (no, yes, no)…they indicated she couldn’t stay. We were disappointed. The kicker was when we arrived at the property there was a sign and blankets in a basket that said the blankets were there to use for pets on the couch.
