Nice hotel, recently changed hands and booking has become more difficult and expensive

Reasonable hotel but not good location for getting to the city and poor management. Very difficult to get tea/coffee sachets and milk for the room - delays while someone had to go to the cellar to look for them. Strange arrangements for meals not properly explained at check in. Fire alarm at 2.15 in the morning with nobody to tell us what was happening or when we could go back to the room. Subsequently told that there was only one person on duty dealing with an overheated oven. In the morning raised this with a manager who just said ‘these things happen‘ while not acknowledging hotel staff were at fault by not turning off the oven/barbecue. To be fair, after lengthy discussion, this manager did offer to cancel. the parking charge by way of compensation and this was appreciated. Not a place we would want to stay at again.

Clean, quiet and air-conditioned rooms, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. I only wished there would have been oat milk available at breakfast for guests like me who can’t drink normal milk or soya milk with their coffee / cereals. It doesn‘t seem common in France.

Very good hotel. I’ve stayed a number of times. However I always have problems getting the internet to connect properly. Plus mobile data is patchy within the building making internet connection difficult in some areas (ie fitness centre).

This hotel should have been excellent but a lot of factors added together meant I had rather a miserable stay. I could hear a noise on and off all night every night, I think it was the elevator shaft but I'm not sure. It affected my sleep. One night the fire alarm went off at midnight for about 15 minutes. No staff were present guiding people out of the building or directing us or keeping us updated, we were out there alone as guests until someone shouted to us to come back inside as it was a false alarm. No explanation or apology the next morning or upon checkout. The room itself had no air conditioning - the thermostat didn't seem to work and it wasn't a comfortable temperature in my room sometimes. The extractor in the bathroom didn't seem to work either and it got very steamy and hot in the bathroom and loo area, and it took a long time for this to clear after a shower. I didn't want to open the door and make my room even hotter. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean, as was the hotel, and breakfast was excellent. The team were helpful even if not very friendly or approachable. The tea/coffee/biscuits were good although a little more milk would have been appreciated. I'm sure other people may have a better time at the hotel than I did on this particular stay but the noise and issues in the room were enough to mean I wouldn't go back.

The hotel is nicely located at the banks of the soon. A bit out of the center, but wel within reach. Easy parking. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable The breakfast buffet serves all you want.

I constantly travel for my business and the biggest challenge in the old world (EU) is hotels. There are plenty of it, but most of them too old , outdated design and lack of parking. This hotel is very clean, minimalist and practical design, nice lobby, convenient transportation and parking which is hard to find in old french cities.

This hotel was surprisingly spacious and clean! The only thing is that it is not walkable to any major attractions, but Uber was very reliable. Great place to stay with nice staff if you don’t mind Uber!

We stayed in this hotel on the edge of Lyon as it was close to where our family live. It is a modern, clean, comfortable hotel which provided excellent service and also had a good quality restaurant. We had a room with a lovely view over the River Saone.

This was our first family vacation with our dog and I have to say the Hotel was very accommodating and the location was great. Along the river, nice place for morning walks and not far from the center. The rooms were impeccably clean as I was able to attest, as I was often under the bed or under the closets, searching for my dog’s ball. The rooms were quite modern and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was amazing! The hotel is spotless, rooms are large and beds are extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are also large and everything you could need is provided! The one little thing I'd reccomend is a small refrigerator in the room to keep water and small food items cool. Other than that we were pleasantly surprized with the room raye, for family room, which essentially are two hotel rooms! Breafast was included in our price, extra bonus! Food variety and quality are excellent! Also, safe underground parking was included!!!
