About this house rental
I have a few short term stays in these townhouses. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other.
You have the whole three bedroom townhouse. There is a garage, driveway, and a patio area outside the back door. If you are visiting with dogs there is a large grass lot to the east where your dog can run around a bit. If you are traveling with multiple vehicles or large vehicles, we can work out parking arrangements for those as well.

The host was wonderful! The place was really clean minus some mold near the wall of both showers. Plenty of space and had a really nice garage for the car also. Very comfortable!

Pros ...Great location, great space, open layout, good size rooms, garage was nice to have for extra parking. Allows pups.Cons ... Mattresses had big pee stains and/or other stains on some. One mattress had faint smell of puke or something else. Recommend putting mattress protectors on. The cleanliness of the whole apartment could have been a bit better. A bowl of dried food was on top of the fridge, the kitchen trash can was really dirty, such as the lid to open the trash looked, like it was 20 years old . Only about 50% of the light bulbs worked. Remote buttons were broken/missing. Many need changed. Lots of piles of dog poop in the back. Communication lacked. The messages back to us sounded like standard automated responses. Never actually addressed our messages directly.
