In Mougins, in a quiet residential area, Villa Écrins offers a comfortable and convenient address for a stay on the French Riviera. You can enjoy a fully air-conditioned modern villa with 5 bedrooms, each with an adjoining shower room or bathroom, a private pool and a wide range of leisure facilities, just 7 km from Cannes, the Croisette and the beaches.
The villa offers 185 m² of living space over two levels, set within 1,000 m² of grounds. The double living room and dining area create a bright, welcoming space, ideal for spending time together with family or friends. The table football adds a playful touch to shared moments.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease. A laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes the stay more convenient. For added comfort, most shower rooms and bathrooms feature underfloor heating.
The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms, each with its own adjoining shower room or bathroom:
• Bedroom 1, ground floor: 160 cm bed, dressing room, adjoining shower room/WC with underfloor heating.
• Bedroom 2, first floor: 140 cm bed, terrace access, adjoining shower room/WC with underfloor heating.
• Bedroom 3, first floor: 140 cm bed, dressing room, adjoining shower room/WC with underfloor heating.
• Bedroom 4, first floor: 140 cm bed, dressing room, terrace access, adjoining shower room/WC with underfloor heating.
• Master Suite, first floor: 160 cm bed, dressing room, adjoining full bathroom/WC with underfloor heating, access to a 30 m² terrace.
Outside, you can enjoy a private 11 x 5 m pool secured by an alarm, an outdoor lounge, a dining table, sun loungers, a gas barbecue, a ping-pong table and a pétanque court.
Shops are located 2 km away. Two parking spaces are available.

Our family had a lovely two weeks in this villa. The property is private and secure. The house, gardens and pool are well maintained and in good condition. The villa aircon is very efficient.
A car (or Uber) is necessary if staying in this villa. The area is entirely residential and very hilly, so it’s not really possible to walk to the village of Mougins or to other shops and restaurants.
We made our booking of the villa through Home Sud who were very helpful and efficient throughout.

Maison neuve et jolie, meublée sobrement.
Le balcon du 2ème devrait être meublé.
La chambre principale a besoin d'un miroir de 2m de hauteur.
