The house was great. Well stocked and very clean. The host was amazing, easy to get a hold of, and made the stay exceptional. The views and outdoor seating were incredible and made for a very enjoyable time. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful home, spotless and fully equipped, with everything you need for cooking, the pool, and the beach. The view of the Intracoastal is absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed many wonderful family moments at the end of the dock. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the host is exceptional – responsive, friendly, and always ready to help.Good to know: the small beach in front of the house was completely covered with a huge amount of seaweed during our stay. The smell was very, very strong, both outside and inside the house, which can be unpleasant if you plan to spend time outdoors. The beach also becomes unusable in these conditions. This issue doesn’t seem to occur in the winter.Another small drawback – there were several cameras in the backyard (8), which made us feel a bit watched. The pool and spa heating is available at an extra cost. The beds are very firm (especially in the master bedroom).In summary: a gorgeous property with an attentive host, perfect for enjoying the Intracoastal… but best to visit in winter if you want to avoid the seaweed and the strong smell.

The property was breathtaking. It was my 40th bday surprise trip and my husband booked the house and my entire family was in awe. We will definitely book next year too. Lori was a great host and easy to communicate with every step of the way.
