About this house rental
"Practically Perfect" location between Daytona Beach (30min) and historic St Augustine (45min), 8 miles to Flagler Beach, and 1 mile to grocery store and all amenities/restaurants. This relaxing quiet home backs up to a creek with vacant lots in front & side. Super kid friendly, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and a heated salt H2O pool. 2 "extra" beds with a twin camping cot and full size inflatable bed. You will find our home "Spit Spot" and "Practically Perfect" to host your best vacation yet! Private Chef and a "Cookie Lady" for a cookie decorating experience also available!
The space
Newly remodeled home in this quiet golf course neighborhood of Palm Coast. Mary Poppins vacation home is "Practically Perfect" in every way.
Meals/Chef:
The very best is our own Chef Jose! Depending on his availability (and 48hrs notice). After a rough day of travel, he can have a home cooked meal warm and waiting for you, or he is able to cook a delicious meal for you in Practically Perfect's kitchen. Feel free to relax or he will welcome you to join right in! He can cook everything from local seafood, vegetarian, or a family style make your own pizzas! Great for an extra family bonding experience during your stay. (extra charge of course, $40/hr, Contact me for more details). There are also numerous great local restaurants as well.
"Cookie Lady":
Our own Sweet Sally may be related to Ms Poppins herself! She will gladly come to "Practically Perfect's" kitchen and simply delight you and your guests. She will show you her amazingly decorated cookies, teach you her secrets (shh!), and then have you artistically create your own! And the best part... Eat Them! Such a great way to share some quality time with your friends and/or family with a professional. Not sure what to do with the kids for an afternoon or is there a rainy day in the forecast? .... Here is your perfect answer!! (Contact me for more details).
Kids!:
Our favorite guests! Home fully equipped with toys and books for all ages, art supplies, fully stacked game closet, Pack and Play, umbrella stroller, clip on high chair, toddler seat, infant swing, toddler dinnerware, bathtub toys, pool toys, etc. Don't forget to check out the link in the guest book for ideas for a "make your own" marble run. Marbles and tracks included just bring your own creativity and imagination! Mary Poppins has set up her vacation home perfectly for her dearest fans. Check out her vacation story in the back of the guest book! She has lost some of her penguins and needs some help finding them throughout the house (easy, I promise!).
Bedrooms:
All mattresses and sleeping pillows encased for allergies. Many "extra" bedding and blankets just in case!
Pool
Salt water pool is heated by solar from the roof. Salt water is better on both your hair and skin. At night, extra ambience from lighted pool, softly lighted floats that change color and are solar charged during the day, festively lit up trees, and the songs of the frogs from the canal all add to the ambience of relaxation without the worry of mosquitos.(expect solar to heat pool 10-20 degrees over ambient temperatures).
Bathrooms:
Master bath with walk in shower and newly installed glass door. Second bath with tub and shower combination.
Great Open space concept with living room, kitchen, dining room, and doors to outside eating and lounging by the pool all connected. Kitchen with a large open area to cook, laugh, and, of course, to do some 'dancin in the kitchen' with a small speaker to cast your favorite songs to.

Kids loved looking for penguins and there were plenty of games. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tiera was friendly and very responsive when we had questions. We had a great time.

Practically perfect was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed the pool. I was thrilled to see how clean the place was and how it had everything just like home. The host was responsive through the app and made the stay very pleasant. The neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. Next time we come down to Bunnell, we will definitely be coming back to practically perfect. Thank you so much for a practically perfect stay.

The house was clean and the pool was great. We have made such special memories here. We all loved being able to cook each night and spending time around the table playing games and telling stories together.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. From the friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, to the house itself. It didn’t feel like a rental. We would absolutely stay here again. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The house was very accommodating. The only complaint if I had to have one is there’s only one tv. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the property as well as the rate!
