Within our penthouse condo you will find a wonderful, warm and well appointed home, designed to delight your senses with all the extras you might expect with fine living.
The screened in lanai is perfect for your morning coffee or tea. From the lanai, climb the spiral staircase to the private penthouse level for time on your sun deck, with a 360 degree view of Sanibel. What a place to watch sunrise and sunset.
You’ll have 2 spacious bedrooms and a separate space for “one of a kind” built in bunk beds the kids will absolutely love!
Of course you’ll find 3 smart tv’s, fine linens, choice of pillows, and fine appointments throughout. Our home has a washer dryer, and everything you’ll want in the kitchen. *****Hurricane Ian Recovery: Pardon our dust! The association is currently undergoing work to rebuild after Hurricane Ian. You may experience some noise and construction activity during your stay.
·Amenity Availability: The tennis and pickleball courts are currently open and also beach volleyball. As well as the pool and pavilion area.

Great location and view of the beach! Resort like setting with plenty to do for the family. Loved that we had beach chairs provided by the resort and chairs from our unit as well. We enjoyed the rooftop view. The unit had plenty of dishes, utensils and supplies.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and nice touches by the owners. We loved the unit & the beautiful views. Point Santo is a lovely property! Thank you to the staff for being so attentive.

Fantastic property and location! We appreciated all the little extras provided by the owners. The kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the rooftop deck. Very clean and communication with host was prompt and responsive. Highly recommend!
