Our unit has 1 bedroom plus den and can sleep the following:
-Bedroom has a queen bed, sleeps 2
-Den converts to an enclosed bedroom with sliding door and has a pull out couch, sleep 2.
-A second pull out couch in the main area, sleeps 2
Fully stocked kitchen, central AC and Furnace. Electric fireplace.
Webber Propane and Charcoal BBQs
Fire pit facing the lake with 6 muskoka chairs. Fire wood available at onsite store

Communication was so open and quick. We had a beautiful stay and would recommend to anyone. Perfect for family, close to beach, everything was just as we wished :)

The best location and host!! Check in was a breeze. Communication with the host was easy and as frequent as i needed. Wifi was easy to connect to. Everything was clean and ready.From the patio you can take a 30 second walk (about 5 houses down the sidewalk) to the stairs and access the beach, which is ideal for going back and forth with bathroom breaks, food and naps. Pro tip: wake up at the latest 7am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and load the golf cart with all your beach gear, or at least your beach chairs, and head to the beach to claim your spot on the sand, IN FRONT OF THE BEACH HOUSE.... trust me, if you sleep in, you'll end up having to find a spot on the beach further down. I was able to cook, clean and relax at the beach house while my husband and 12 yr old twins played at the beach, where i could see them and talk to them. My family felt safe and cozy here. The sunsets are magical on the deck! If you like camp fires, wait till you sit around this fire pit! Comfy chairs facing the lake while the sunsets, with a Smore! It doesn't get better than that. I've been coming to Sherkston for years and I've found my forever rental! You honestly can't find a better house in Sherkston. Book the vacation, you won't regret it!

This was a fantastic stay! The location was ideal, and the cottage was very clean and well-appointed. The host was incredibly responsive, from booking through to departure. She provided clear and detailed instructions and information to ensure a smooth and easy stay. The convenience of staying right on the beach, with quick and easy access to resort amenities, cannot be overstated. We will certainly be booking
