    My stay at BM Apartment was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The apartment had all the facilities we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. Only small issue was the remote that could not be found because a guest had apparently taken it before we arrived. But all good otherwise. The location was superb, with easy access to other parts of the city, which made getting around very convenient. What stood out even more was the excellent staff support—especially the wonderful Monica, whose kindness and responsiveness made us feel genuinely welcomed. The icing on the cake was receiving a thoughtful Christmas gift of delicious cookies and wine, a gesture that meant so much to us and made the season even more special. My family truly felt at home, and without hesitation, we will choose BM Apartment again on our next visit. Highly recommended.
