Hotel is very basic and that’s the beauty.
Clean everything and great service, staff wants you to be comfortable and food is delicious and local. You enjoy typical dishes with a home made taste for breakfast and it’s free, (included with the stay), other meals are charged but prices are great.

I wanted to take a moment to praise the exceptional service we received during our stay at Hotel Casa Real. Luz from housekeeping went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. Jorge at the help desk was always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had, and Edgar helped us order food late at night with a smile. The hospitality and kindness shown by these team members made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff! 5 stars and highly recommended

I thought the Expedia price included all fees and taxes. Had to pay local taxes upon check-in.
