Charming 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome just off Riverside with the perfect setup to WFH. Close to Downtown, the Airport, Lady Bird Lake, and everything Austin has to offer.
This is a 2-story condo that lives like a townhome with no neighbors above or below but shared walls on either side.
The two bedrooms are upstairs each with their own full bathroom & balcony. The 2nd bedroom can serve as an office and also has a full-sized murphy bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Also upstairs is the washer/dryer.
Downstairs has the kitchen and living room featuring a wood burning fireplace and half bathroom. Small picket fenced backyard off the living.

We stayed at this property after moving back from out of state while we waited for our house to be finished. It was absolutely perfect for our little family (2 adults & a 1yo) with plenty of room to be comfortable.
It's an older place, but has some really cute updates and was very clean. Loved that we had Roku to entertain our kiddo, perfectly working internet for working from home, laundry, and our favorite part...the big master bed was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it with me when we left.
Communication was excellent the whole time we were there. They provided a guide to the house that had everything we needed to know from passwords, to little quirks about the house, to good restaurants and entertainment nearby. We also had a concern about the A/C when we first arrived (the upstairs was warm but downstairs was cool) and they had a technician out to check on it that same day.
It's easy to get anywhere in the city being so close to 35 and everything on Riverside, but we also enjoyed walks in the big open common space behind the property. Lots of shady oak trees for escaping the heat and running out my toddler's energy. Nice neighbors too!
I would 100% stay here again. Great place, great people, everything we needed and more.
