Awesome location with plenty of tasty restaurants within walking distance, then of course the beach is right across the street. The only downside is the pool is under construction, but that is temporary. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Ms. Gray went above and beyond to help me out with my reservation that she 100% did NOT have to do, but she did. So accommodating. Great place to stay.

The hotel was extrememly generaous with letting us to early check-in and a very late check-out. However was disappointed the restaurant isn't open yet and the hot tub and pool are closed.

It’s location was great- right across from Narragansett Beach. Short walk to great food places and 10 minutes from Scarborough Beach. Facility clean but a little tired looking. Could use having carpets in room replaced. The deck off the front of building was great for hanging out on. Ask for 3 rd floor due the noise factor and privacy. We were on second floor and could hear the people above us-heavy walking and kids yelling during the night. Our room was overlooking deck so we couldn’t have sliding door open to get air because people on deck would be looking in. Bathroom was nice but small-we would have liked to have a rack to hang towels.
Staff at desk was meh- we had an issue with hair dryer and desk staff not very helpful; made me feel like I was annoying her.
