Private home with 3/4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. 1st floor has office/bed for working at home. Mid century modern design. Hardwood floors . Well sized ,fully equipped, eat in kitchen with coffee bar. D/R with high top table and stools, perfect for hanging out with the living room crew. Large fenced backyard has grill, table & seating, grassy area and also a ladderball /horseshoe play area ( toys provided). Room for bikes. Storage bin for beach stuff!
Walk to Bar A, Boathouse, Coffee shop ,Main Streets' restaurants! Equal distance to the Marina or the Ocean. Uber is on the corner for trips or use your sand covered feet -that's why your at the beach!

My friends and I had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well upstairs with temperature in the mid 80s. Quiet neighborhood, no issue finding parking and not a bad walk to the beach as long as you aren’t carrying anything heavy.

Perfect location, perfect house, perfect everything. We had an unbelievable stay at Carols Comfy Cottage. Highly recommend and will be coming back to relive this weekend over and over again.

Our stay in Belmar was a lot of fun! Our host was very clear with instructions and the house was cozy for all of our friends! Would recommend this property to anyone!
