It was amazing, from the beginning we arrived until we checked out, everything was beyond exceptional. The staff was always very polite. The hotel is very modern and has everything you need for a good stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to Heraklion city and near many other places to visit. The services were excellent, from well-kept facilities to smooth, hassle-free arrangements throughout my stay. Everything felt thoughtfully managed and designed for comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at NEMA Design Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, set in a beautiful and relaxing area that makes it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive. The hotel’s design and facilities are truly impressive, creating a comfortable and stylish environment throughout the property.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. From the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive and friendly staff in the restaurant, every interaction made the stay even more enjoyable. The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and well cared for.
Overall, NEMA Design Hotel & Spa provided the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
