George is very nice and helpful. The apartment is perfect for cooking and as a starting point to many adventures, which george will point to you thanks to his deep knowledge of the island. We enjoyed our 3 days stay and would have definity no problem going back. Alas, we must return to work. For now..

The apartment was excellent and the hosts were very helpful, generous and courteous. George provided us with a really helpful email with links to google maps for all the local beaches, visitor destinations and shops. We were welcomed with fresh veges and eggs from their own garden and the supply of fresh figs kept coming throughout our stay. The apartment was well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. The cooking facilities with big fridge, oven, four rings and microwave were excellent, and the supply of and pots, pans and utensils much better than most self-catering apartments. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the evenings and see the sun go down behind the olive trees. It is about a mile from the nearest beaches and restaurants etc so access to a car or bike is necessary. There is a regular bus service into Chania which is about a 30 minute drive. Also well located for Chania airport. Ideal place if you want to have a relaxing holiday. Well done George and his mum and dad for making us so welcome

Such kind, welcoming hosts - nothing was too much trouble and little treats and gifts from the hens and garden during the week made it very special. Spotlessly clean apartment and quiet location, a short walk from the beautiful bay of Stavros next to its stunning mountain. We were there at the very end of the season: wonderful weather and few tourists even in Chania centre - a perfect week of relaxation. Many thanks and good wishes to Markos and his parents (and George in his absence!)

George was very helpful with directions, and local eatery. Greeted us and homemade cookies and treats from his mother. Very quiet and clean . Would stay here again.
