Good to stop over for France trip. But difficult to find a working EV charger in town as the units beside the hotel, which are usually reliable, weren't working and nothing else nearby was in service. The checkin closes at 22:00h so make sure you are not late!

Our second time at this hotel. It’s our favourite place for an overnight stop in France! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quiet, decent size room with 4 beds, plenty of parking that feels safe. Only a few minutes from the motorway (A26). Highly recommend this hotel. We will be returning during our next holiday in France. 😊

Small room, and surprisingly busy road next to hotel

I stayed here with my family enroute to Disney. I knew it was going to be basic (we were only here for a short night) but it was very noisy outside until 03:30! A group of people sat outside the hotel basically having a party until the middle of the night. The A/C didn’t work properly so we had to have the window open. The noise kept us awake - this wasn’t ideal after a long drive! Also no towels were provided.

Auto check-in instructions stared that a code was needed, but after multiple attempts to contact the hotel prior to the stay (messages months before and calls on the day before) we still did not have clear instructions. Turns out the auto check-in did not need any specific code, just reservations details. The room and bathroom were ok. Everything was clean. We found the beds uncomfortable, luckily we were so tired we could sleep despite the discomfort.

They claim on Expedia to have air conditioning. There was something that looked like a hotel air conditioner, but didn't work as one. I checked in just before ten p.m., checked out just after one a.m. The room was just too stuffy and warm. The folks at the front desk can't be blamed. I tried opening the window, but the curtain rod blocked it. Even so, my window was right above the road, and cars going by were noisy, even open only an inch or so. No phone in the room, either. I'm going to be disputing the charge on my card. I ended up checking into the Ibis Arras Center around 2 a.m. Absolutely recommend it. Beautiful place. AC actually worked. Wish I could have spent more time there. Pretty good breakfast.

Good, functional hotel. However, it wasnt clear on booking that there would be no reception after 9pm. Instead we had to checkin at a machine in the car park, in the rain, in the dark. The printer was broken so blink and you missed the room number flash up on your screen. Room was fine, walls pretty thin. Rod outside had traffic on it all through the night..

we had an overnight stay on the return trip from Italy. The room was clean and well appointed. The corridor leading to the room was less clean - we thought there had been some work done that day. The shower drain did not take away water quickly enough leading to water overflowing from the tray during a shower. There was no-one on reception as we left and so we were unable to advise staff about the shower.

Unfortunately the level of facilities is going down year by year. When it was Premier Classe hotel network, it was still fine hotel and excellent value for money. Now it's dirty, full of faults hotel. The location is very convenient though and it's cheap, however if you are looking for pleasant stay, look elsewhere.
