    This was my 4th time and my best stay ever in this hotel. I booked short notice for 4 nights for an excellent price: CHF 65.00 per night! My room was smallish but still ok, the balcony close to the size of the room, only empty (well, 1 chair and a table ) hence BIG. The room was modern, (probably refurbished last year), super clean and had most appliances I needed. When I asked for a hot water boiler downstairs at the reception, it was brought within a couple of hours. The STAFF: super friendly all over the hotel. A special thank you to: Ama, Xisca, Rafael, Xavi, Sebas and Diego at the reception. Extremely friendly, forthcoming, helpful, cheery, pro active and funny! A massive thank you to you all and keep up the good work! The restaurant staff was also friendly. The hotel grounds very well kept and it was a pleasure to stay and swim in the pool. Since my plane left late in the evening, I left my luggage in their luggage room and spend the day roaming around . There are modern and clean shower and gaming facilities available to freshen up before the flight. I will definitely return. Than kyou team and carry on!

    I love the kids club this hotel offered. I traveled alone with my daughter and I got to have some time for myself whenever she is in Groupiland. The staff assigned to look after kids were great and you could clearly see that they love working with children. I also loved the spa and gym that I got to enjoy on my me-time. Tge breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of great choices, different types of egg and lines were moving fast cause the food trays were never left empty. The only thing I would maybe complain about are some of the plates that weren’t properly cleaned, but I think those were stains that wouldn’t come off easily so I just pick up the cleaner one. Dinner buffet was ok, drinks are not included (even water) so you need to pay extra for that. We’ve tried eating out sometimes and it actually costed us the same so I opted for the dinner buffet the following days as my daughter is a bit of a picky eater. You only pay half for the kids and they have kids buffet where children can get their own food. I never had problems in finding sunbeds as there were many, you can even move the beds under the shade when it gets too sunny. The proximity of the hotel to the beach is not that bad, it was only 5-10 minutes walk. The only thing about the location is there are not so much shops and restaurants compared to Alcudia. Anyway, if you are someone who only wanted to relax by the pool, enjoy the spa by yorself and don’t like eating out that much, then this hotel is for you. And shoutout to Gabriella for keeping our room nice and clean.
