    Everything was in order, but a couple of complaints: - The key card system is not very standard - you have to wait 5 seconds while it is pressed against the lock. This caused a lot of frustration and confusion that would have easily been resolved if the cardboard key card holder or the door itself had a diagram or instructions. - Really noisy people yelling and hollering while traversing the hallways - would be nice if staff could get them to quiet down

    Hotel is a bit outdated but staff are friendly, and they can handle English speakers. While facilities do need upgrades, its breakfast provides extra value. I have no problem as a first time visitor

    Great location and staff. Could do better in the cleanes.

    For the entire stay the elevator was outta use most of the time. Had to climb up and down several steps. Very tiresome. Room was not cleaned properly, done hurriedly. Not all the staff were friendly, especially the room service ladies. Front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming.
