I’ve stayed here many times over the past 8+ years and have always appreciated the location and the consistently friendly, helpful reception team. However, the last two stays have been disappointing.
The rooms feel very aged, which would be fine if they were properly cleaned. Unfortunately, our most recent room had lumpy, worn-out bed, stained furniture with crumbs and dirt, and the bed itself had hairs and other debris on it. The kitchen in the one-bedroom unit was also poorly stocked, with only one fork and one drinking glass.
While the view remains a highlight and the air-conditioning filters were clean, the overall condition and cleanliness of the rooms make me question whether they are being adequately serviced between guests. At this point, I’m not sure I would return unless improvements are made.
