Lovely home, in a beautiful area. My family was very comfortable, we had everyone from my 73 year old MIL to my 1 year old granddaughter. I think our favorite area was the dining room, it has a huge table, plenty of room for board games and puzzles. We had a great weekend there and highly recommend.

A superb house for large families, with double beds in all the bedrooms and two excellent sitting rooms. The house was everything we had hoped for. The location in York is idyllic too and close to two delightful restaurants. We would thoroughly recommend this property to friends and family.

The property was good. Heat was not that great in some of the rooms.

We had a great time. The host Sarah was very nice. There were many small things wrong with the house. Washer and dryer were not the best. Not having batteries in the remotes was extremely annoying plus the Wi-Fi reception sucked and televisions were not easy to operate. The yard and outside are very neglected. They cut the grass and that’s it. They would need a landscaper. I also feel that cleaning supplies should be provided. The AC are very loud & don’t always work great. It’s a spacious house and we didn’t feel crowded. Also the beach and location is very good.
