Resort is old, but it's worth it

There where a few issues starting with check in … I arrive at the hotel at 930 pm to be told that my room was already checked in (my brother and sister where meeting me but I had no idea they checked in) my issue with this was I booked the room under MY NAME MY CREDIT CARD MY ID, and they let my brother in law check in even tho all Info was under my name .. them we go to go to bed and I pulled back the sheets and there was mouse poop all over the mattress not just in one spot. The whole mattress was covered in mouse poop.. I had to go downstairs at 11:40 at night and the worker had to call a manager to get approval to switch us to a different room but they wanted us to move all three families which included children who had been sleeping for hours so I had to fight for just a room for just the couple who’s bed had mouse poop on it ‘!
The kitchen was also very dirty and all cooking supplies had to be scrubbed before use.!
We won’t be coming back !
