We received no heads up that this hotel was under construction. Arrived and checked in, got dressed to hit the pool and found out the pool was closed as well as the onsite restaurant. Staff were unapologetic and overall this is a 2.5/3 star hotel at best. Would not recommend especially at the price point.. totally not on brand for Hyatt.

Except for the fact that the lobby, pool, and restaurant area are currently being renovated, it is a really nice place to stay. Great location and very kind staff.

Rooms are a bit small. House keeping is not that hardworking also. So dont stay too long here. They dont clean so much
