just off the motorway so if you heading south its somewhere to sleep and rest its cheap to stay, decent breakfast for under 7 euro . Quiet room so I really cant complain at the price would stay again if heading that way

The customer service is horrible, even though the hotel itself is decent, clean, and close to nearby amenities. But the customer service is terrible. The person in charge of reception, downstairs at the entrance, a tall, somewhat heavyset Black person, was unbearable. It felt like he was doing the clients a favor by working there, even though he was being paid for it. He responded to customer requests with a sulky attitude and without even a smile. It's shameful and pathetic for someone working in a customer-facing role. You should fire this person. They are not fit to work in tourism.

Cheap and cheerful hotel. Bed comfortable. Lady on reception very friendly and efficient. Breakfast a bit chaotic as the same lady had to find out what you wanted then physically put the items in a take out bag. Quite a queue but as we weren't in any rush no great problem.

I’ve stayed in plenty of this kind off budget hotel but this particular brand was my first time and hopefully my last, it really was way off the mark. No auto check in, reception closed, receptionist on the missing list and the phone number provided was incorrect or not working at the time. Luckily Hotels.com managed to raise someone (though with hindsight I wish they hadn’t) and I eventually got to a poor room that had not been cleaned properly and not all the services were working. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel was cute, it was very close to Futuroscope, we slept relatively ok, however there was a funny smell that lingered in the room from someone that was there before or a cleaning product, I am not sure. Other than that, everything was good. Breakfast was pleasing and we enjoyed it, it tasted good and was a very good price.

It was OK, but i don't think I will be back. Room clean and kids love their own little area upstairs but the overall experience was of a poorly maintained hotel with the stairs covered in cigarettes and dirty. Breakfast was ok, but not much choice , no fruit at all.

The only good thing about this hotel is being close to Futuroscope park, but it's not quite accurate. We stayed until 23:00 to see the final light show in the park, then we thought it's easy to walk to the hotel. We got lost several times, the GPS and Google Maps showed us inaccessible roads, and you can imagine walking alone in darkness in empty streets with no idea whatsoever on where to go. The town has little direction signs and the Futuroscope staff at the park entrance gave us misleading itineraries. We reached the hotel by coincidence on 23:55, it took us 55 minutes to find the hotel in dark.

We were in need of extra bed space and booked this hotel for price and 4 beds. There was enough sleeping space but no room to move around. Very claustrophobic.Breakfast was the only unsatisfactory meal we had in two weeks in France.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 16h, la borne extérieure ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû attendre l'arrivée de l'employé à 17h. Après une attente assez longue, l'ordinateur ne démarrant pas, nous avons eu notre chambre. En y entrant nous avons entendu un bruit de coulement d'eau, c'était la chasse d'eau des toilettes qui coulait en continu. Nous l'avons signalé de suite à l'employé qui était toujours aussi débordé suite toujours à des problèmes de connexion, il nous a dit de regagner notre chambre et qu'il viendrait voir le problème dès qu'il le pourrait. Nous avons passé la nuit sans l'avoir vu et n'avons donc pas pu nous servir des toilettes.......sans oublier le bruit de l'eau toute la nuit......

Hôtel bien situé pour aller au Futuroscope ; Environ 15m de l'hôtel en suivant le trottoir. La dame de l'accueil gentille et agréable. La chambre est dans l'ensemble correct - , les murs sont en carton (mais ça a la rigueur normal pour un hôtel à ce prix là) Mais le matelas du lit est posé sur une seule boîte en bois en guise de sommier et grince très fort (mais vraiment très fort) pour un rien en plus d'être très dur. Finalité vous réveillez votre famille ainsi que votre voisinage à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit en voulant vous mettre au lit, brancher votre chargeur, vous couvrir, éteindre votre TV, boire dans votre bouteille ou encore poser votre téléphone sur votre table de nuit.. (Je n'exagère pas). L'hôtel devrait vraiment vraiment arranger ça. La propreté de la chambre est correct et le lieu est bien fréquenté. Chambre 124.

Hôtel au calme à 15 mn à pied du futuroscope. Personnel très accueillant. La literie est comfortable pour se remettre d'une journée fatigante au Futuroscope. La propreté de la chambre est irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour le rapport qualité prix.
