Popular hotel with a great location a short walk from harbour.
Nando's next door, cafe across street, Whole Foods over the road.
Very good sized room.
Decent breakfast offer - appreciated the changing hot food options each day.
Staff all courteous - and most are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Room v clean on arrival but other housekeeping required explicit requests, even during a longer stay.
Self-service washing facilities available but quarters not available from reception, which is unusual.
The pool was disappointing. It was the reason we chose this hotel and so it was disappointing. It doesn't look like the photos, and is incredibly small, quite cold and basic. Ideal for children wanting a play, but certainly not adults wanting to do proper swimming. Fitness suite was good.
Overall, a very good hotel - but do not choose it for the pool if you are hoping to get some exercise or relaxation.

came in to town for my brothers wedding. this hotel was honestly the perfect location. very clean. nice rooms. hot water. free breakfast. I had no complaints

The location is great and the room was very nice. The staff was friendly and attentive, but there were no water provided nor water fountains near the room.

Booked months ago but were told upon arrival that our booked room wasn’t available. Checked in at 11pm but had to wait one hour for room to be ready as when we arrived it smelled strongly like someone had been just smoking inside it. For what we paid, not worth it. Staff were lovely and helpful but hotel itself is dated and not as advertised. Would find much better in Baltimore elsewhere.
