We had an amazing night at this modern looking property. It was a fantastic location - close to the castle, church, town square and shopping. There was a great variety of food options at the breakfast buffet. The young woman who managed the desk and the breakfast was so kind and helpful!! She made our stay exceptional!

We stayed at this B&B for a few nights and overall had a good experience, although there are a few aspects to mention.
The room was **very nice, newly renovated**, and tastefully decorated. However, it was **split across two levels**, which made it a bit uncomfortable, and there was **limited space for hanging clothes**.
The **shower was brand new and very clean**, but unfortunately the **water pressure was quite low**. We also noticed **some dust on the floor**, which slightly affected the impression of cleanliness.
On the last day, **breakfast was served at a nearby café** instead of the B&B due to staffing issues. It was **not a buffet** as advertised but rather a **limited morning menu**, similar to what you might find at a motorway service station.
Lastly, there was **no staff available for checkout**, so we had to leave without formal procedures.
Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small improvements needed to match the high quality of the newly renovated rooms.

Love this small but full of soul and good design bed & breakfast. The three ladies at front desk went beyond their way to make you feel at home away from home. Always with a smile, the very best of true Italian hospitality.
Due to unforeseen health issues my sister could not travel with me, so they make a discount taking that into consideration. Highly appreciatted! Stayed 4 days in Ferrara, love the city during Palio and Spring festivities. Local taste, mostly Italian tourist. Would come back for sure! Ci vediamo, grazie a leí!!!
