a solid stay with an excellent location and appealing views. the bathroom and garden were pleasant, and cleanliness was generally good. facilities and staff services were adequate but could be more consistent, while the value for money felt average overall. a reasonable option for those who prioritise location, views and outdoor space

I used to travel down to Cameron frequently and stayed in couple of hotels. But staying in Bala Chalet is 1st time for me. The staffs are extremely rude even the owner are so arrogant. Behaviour Issue. Seeing the customers like wants to fight. Not going to comment much as I had removed the hotel from my favourite list. Not Recommended and No more coming back. Sorry.
