From the moment we were greeted until our final goodbye, we were treated like family. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to several excellent restaurants and downtown. Everything is a short 5-10 minute walk and so easy to find.
I recommend waiting to book excursions and work with the hotel. They know which companies offer the best service.
Only negative, it was very noisy for a day and a half but the staff did all they could to quiet the guests making all the noise .
