    I had a confirmed reservation and arrived just before midnight, only to be told there were no rooms available. I was left without accommodation late at night, despite having already paid £***. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. I contacted Agoda to request a refund and compensation, but I was disappointed with how my complaint was handled. My experience was extremely poor, and I cannot recommend booking this hotel through Agoda based on what happened to me.

    Friendly staff throughout and a clean environment helped make the stay comfortable. Bathroom has a convenient night light and lovely rainfall shower; a/c worked well. Food was tasty in the pub restaurant (dinner and breakfast) and the outdoor seating (with sunny and shady areas) was a bonus on a warm sunny day
