The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and private balcony, a bathroom with shower, and an open living and dining area with kitchen. In the living room, a sofa bed is available for two additional persons. WiFi, satellite TV, and air conditioning provide additional comfort.
A highlight of the apartment is the spacious, covered balcony with a magnificent sea view. Here you can enjoy the sunrise during breakfast or let the day fade away relaxed in the evening. A Hollywood swing and seating for four people create a particularly inviting atmosphere.
The property offers plenty of space to relax: From 01 June to 30 September, a private communal pool (freshwater, max. 1.40 m deep, unheated) is available to all guests of the complex. In addition, a well-maintained garden, a sun terrace, an outdoor shower, and a traditional barbecue hut ("Komin") invite you to linger.
The location is ideal for beach lovers: The nearest fine-pebble beach is only about 500 m away, concreted bathing plateaus can be reached after about 800 m. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket (100 m), a bakery as well as restaurants and cafés are conveniently within walking distance.
