Cool property in historic district. Rooms are not fancy but they are large with large bathroom and very high ceilings. Hallways are very wide, tall, and impressive. Apparently the place used to be a convent.

The Grand Hotel de Queretaro is centrally located, making it a perfect base for exploring Querétaro. Our room was ready upon arrival, which made check-in smooth and convenient. Marina kindly arranged our early morning transportation to the airport, and the bell staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of central Querétaro.

The hotel itself is in a great location, close to food, entertainment and shopping. The rooms have a great view with a small balcony, very small. Viktor was amazing very helpful always asking how we are doing ans just checking up on us. When we did need something he was on it, great hard worker with a great attitude.
