SeaGarden Beach Resort - All Inclusive

Loved the service. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived at the security entrance, to the front desk, to the maintenance team to the bar associates to the dinning room staff. Wide range of selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I didn't make to dinner till my final night. Meals were definitely satisfactory. 😋 I'm a foodie. Not let's see how I drop some lbs

The service was good however the food was extremely disappointing, this is my second time staying g there and this time I feel that the food is not as good as it was my visit before, the taste presentation was definitely not up to standard. The room that I first have needs a dehumidifier. I had to be moved to a second room because that room was sweating. Unacceptable. Very unacceptable.

My entire stay was awful. 1 - WiFi gave a lot of problems day and night everyday while I was there, WiFi wasn’t stable and when it does start to work you have to wait minutes to even scrolll or get through to a good phone call. You will have issues checking emails and surfing the net. 2- the buffet dining area was extremely hot, they o ly have 1 buffet dining room. it’s like eating dinner inside a sauna with a bunch of flies. 3- they limit you on food for the buffet area. Only one pan of each items literally was sent out and if it’s finish, that’s it. So if you go to dinner, breakfast or lunch late, and an item has ran out, 9 out of 10 times they will not refill because they limit you. Plus the buffet area is literally a very small selection of food. 4- the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner is only open for 3 hours, and if you miss breakfast or lunch, you have to wait a while to get something to eat because the bar grill and beach grill all open the same time and closes the same time. It’s like they control when to eat and when not to eat, There is literally no in between options if you missed breakfast or lunch or even dinner. There were people who complained and literally had to get off the property just to go buy food. 5- the beach grill closes at 5pm and the beach area closes at 7pm. It’s a cute little beach, but like I said they limit you. Even if you just wanted to take a night romantic walk on the beach with your partner you were not able to because they locked off that area by 7pm sharp. The beach area isn’t directly on the property, it’s across the street from the property but it’s private for who stays at that specific property. 6- the jerk chicken was not real authentic jerk chicken, the chicken was oven baked jerk chicken. 7- entertainment at the hotel was awful, lame, and not to discriminate or be disrespectful, but it was more for older older people, nothing to get the crowd going or make you feel like your actually on vacation . 8- the pool area was really small, only 1 adult pool connected to a kid pool. 8- the drinks were really awful, I would give it a -1 out of 10, it’s like the alcohol is lost, this is past bottom shelf plus they give you drinks in these really small kids size cups so you literally have to grab two to three drinks is at a time to be filled or satisfied . 9- the bathroom in you room are regular nothing special, it was clean but it’s very old and out dated. The rooms were clean but very out dated with extremely extremely uncomfortable bed. The mattress is extremely tough, hard. you literally will get a back pain sleeping on it for too long of a stay. The beds do not have fitted sheets on it, they literally use a standard flat sheet has a fitted sheet and they do not provide blankets along with the top flat sheet. You literally only get one flat sheet to cover with. And while your there and asked for your sheets to be changed, it takes a very long while cause they run out of clean sheets, pillow case and beach towel every second. Apparently they area limited so it takes a long while to refill clean sheets. And beach towel. The sheets are not quality, they are really really thin and not completely white. The bath towels in the bathroom are all tuff and ruff on your skin so bring your own bath towels and rags. The walls in each rooms are extremely thin, so you can literally hear everything your next door neighbor is doing and saying ( especially at 4 in the morning, smh). Also, you hear everything from the out doors also, The cars passing with loud music. People walk g by laughing and talking loud. So if your a light sleeper you will be woken up every second. 10- the a/c is old and makes alot of noise throughout the night and day once on and you manually control all settings. 11-you will experience mosquitoes in your room and wondering how and where they are coming from especially if you haven’t open the balcony door. 12- there is no room service and you are not allowed to take food

Room was clean, but gave us an impression of old. We stayed at the main building and the rooms had no electrical outlets!!
