I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and located in a great area—close to everything I needed. The communication with the host was excellent throughout, making check-in and any questions super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again

A really nice short stay in the apartment. Easily accessible and great that we could drop our bas before check in. The area is amazing and has a great buzz. At night it was fairly noisy but to be expected given it’s in the city centre.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious one bedroom apartment in the historic district. it was a short walk to the train station and there were many good dining options nearby. the only thing we had difficulty with were the keys because the building and locks are old but we got the hang of it and communication with host via whatsapp was good.

Located on a beautiful street in Milan with a cafe downstairs with excellent coffee. Spacious apartment with a lovely view of the street down below including the small church opposite. Short walk to lots of restaurants, including Eataly, as well as public transport options (tram and bus) to local attractions - which would be more walkable in non-summer months (and are also a short run to if you like to explore the city in that way!). E.g. the Duomo is only about 1.5 km away. Enjoyed our stay very much and would book again!

This apartment is in a fantastic location and set within a quiet apartment complex away from street noise. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfy, there's a little balcony and the kitchen is well equipped. Booking and check in was easy and settling into the apartment was simple. It could have been just a touch cleaner but overall really pleased with my stay and at a decent price compared to the hotels I found that were further out of the city. I would definitely book with Brera Apartments again.

The apartment we stayed in was right in the middle of corso garabaldi, a street filled with a great mix of shops and restaurants. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the actual apartment was lovely. There were two air conditioning units which meant that you could have airflow in the bedroom as well as the living area. Definitely don't leave the windows open, Milan is rife with mosquitoes! Very easy walk to either metro station or to bus, tram and trains. Stay was very comfortable.

Location was excellent with easy communication from the host. However the apartment's condition was less than ideal, showers extremely small and one of the bathroom was smelly. We all now got bug bites on us.

I was delighted with this apartment. It is in a good location with lots of restaurants and a supermarket near by. It is set back from the road so noise from the street is not a problem. It is within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions and the Metro is close by too. The apartment was roomy, bright, clean and equipped with all I needed.

The apartment is in Brera, a cool area in Milan.The apartment looks much more outdated that in the pictures. The air conditioning did not work and as this is an attic it was unbearably hot and we couldn't stay the night. The team at Brera apartments told us they were terribly sorry and that they would issue us a refund. When we tried, they told us that they would only refund us two nights out of 5, even though we didn't even slept for a night there. Really disappointed.

Clean modern apartment in a great neighborhood with a mix of old and new. Walked to the Duomo and parks, shopping, caffès and restaurants. Found a grocery store nearby for fresh fruit and snacks. Would stay here again!

This apartment belongs to a company to holds multiple units in the City. They are very organized. The place was clean. The extras they did for our 8month old baby girl were superb. Sadly I would never stay here again, @ 4 Pontida Ave. The street noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Motorcycles and ambulances all night long. I can't speak for their other locations but this location was no good.

The location was great, easy access. Great things at walking distance. The rooms were renovated. The bathroom was kind of small. The building, however, is old and in bad condition.

The Brera Apartments team made our stay in Milano truely memorable but also much more efficient. The apartment itself is beautiful, well equipped and was spotless. It is located in a "classical" house in a bustling area with many restaurants shops etc. - so much fun just stepping out to the street and walking! The building is old but nicely kept and the apartment itself is completely modern and renovated. Some might not like the tiny wooden elevator with manual doors but I understand this is a common feature in such buildings and our boys found it compeletly charming and part of the charm/experience - so much better than staying in yet another boring hotel. Enrico came to meet us and was extremely helpful. They even took our luggage in the morning and transferred them to the main office so we could later pick them up in the afternoon to make the most of our stay before leaving.

This place isn’t even a hotel, it’s a apartment that someone rents out. beware it isn’t even in the location shown on the map. Total rip off . Went to the location and no one was there. Had to book another room somewhere else and wasn’t even refunded my money back. I notified Expedia not to business with these people.

The Brera apartment I stayed was in an optimal location. It was 4 blocks from the M2 metro which made it very easy to get to everything. Additionally, there were excellent shopping and dining options right outside my door. The check-in was flawless. They were very communicative about my arrival, met me at the apartment and covered everything. The unit was spotless and Great very well supplied, including a washing machine and full kitchen. The unit was on a very quiet street, which was good, as there was little insulation from street sounds during the day. The light and airy apartment ensured I got an early start to the day. The only complaint I had was slow internet, but the management was very responsive and went out of their way to address the issue. I would definitely stay with Brera again, if I return to Milan.
