I didn't like the beach management, reserved and booked for some people and random or lacking for many.

Came in with little expectation and they blew me away. From the check in greeting with drinks to the entertainment for kids from the outstanding food/beverage options - the hotel over summer was highlight of our trip!

The experience was great, Bravo staff was exceptional and also the food was really good, but would be great to have an agenda of all the Bravo activities clearly exposed somewhere in the resort (maybe close to the pool bar).
Property requires more maintenance and rooms cleanliness should be really improved

I really enjoyed the food — it offered a good variety, including options for vegan and celiac diets. The staff was very nice, and I’d like to give special mention to the animators and especially the gentleman making pizza on the beach. He was extremely kind and went out of his way to accommodate my sister‑in‑law’s celiac needs.
On the downside, I didn’t like the room. It had a strong damp smell, and there was no conditioner available. The quality of the soap and shampoo was very poor and almost impossible to use. The coffee at breakfast was also disappointing — it came from a machine and was horrible. Being in Italy, I was expecting a real espresso.
