    Staff was very friendly & helped me with travel items, luggage, etc. Continental breakfast hit the spot😋. Its proximity to the Harbor & in Little Italy made this a perfect spot for me. Thank you very much!

    This is an older building that was converted into micro mini hotel units = 150 square feet. For the money and location, that part is fine. The air quality is that of an old moldy building that was not properly treated to remove the dank smell. I opened the window, and ran the air conditioner full blast all night to overcome the odor.

    Something isn’t right. We booked a great deal through Agoda, which I assumed was a special promotion for Platinum members. Before our stay, I even called the hotel, and they never mentioned any issues. However, when we arrived on check-in day, we were told our booking had been canceled because the hotel claimed the rate they received from Agoda was too low to accept. Instead, they canceled our Agoda booking and rebooked us directly at a rate that was ten times higher—though still within an acceptable range. I was confused and told the staff on duty that I had never been informed of any cancellation. I had already paid Agoda, and when I called them on the spot, they contacted the hotel, canceled the new booking, and immediately issued a refund. Something felt off, so we decided to take photos of everything in the room before checking out. A few days later, we noticed a $20 charge on our credit card. When I emailed the hotel to ask about it, they claimed it was for a stained scarf from their inventory. I responded with timestamped photos proving there was no stain, but they have yet to reply. I’ve never had to take photos at a hotel before, but I did this time because I had read multiple Google reviews with similar complaints. This hotel is clearly running a scam, and Agoda should remove them from the platform. I plan to escalate this to a senior executive at Agoda and report the hotel to the state’s consumer protection agency.
