VERY NICE front desk Maura - she was so helpful and friendly. She is fantastic.
The room was fine - no complaints.
The breakfast was disappointing. I wish they spent a little more time and money...it was basic and cheap.
Overall, I have no complaints. I feel I received fair value. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, rooms and bathrooms spacious and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel offer dinner but we didn’t try it yet because it has to be booked in advance before you know what the menu is. Breakfast is delicious and better compared to other Italian hotels we have been to.

We spend 1 week in Villa Zina in june. Hotel was quiet, rooms clean and staff very helpful. You can borrow towels from reception for free. Pool is great, you have to have swimming cap in order to use pool, but you can buy it for 2,50,- €. Prices on pool bar are also good, drinks are for 6 or 7 €. Great value for money.
