We loved every moment. The service, the quality, the atmosphere, it all exceeded our expectations. 11/10. When booking dinner reservations, don't skip out on Bocados!!

The front desk staff were amazing and the service at all the restaurants and pools were top notch. The property was clean and all the amenities were great! We really enjoyed our stay! The corner suite was the best choice and we enjoyed several nights on the balcony watching the sunset. Beautiful!
The only complaint we had was the concierge staff. Fabiola was very sweet at first, but as soon as we declined the meeting for the resident club, her demeanor completely changed. She was rude and said we were the reason why she wouldn't be getting a bonus. Sergio also followed us to the elevator several times and tried to corner us to take part in the meeting. This is unacceptable behavior for a 5 diamond resort.

This our 4th time to hotel Mousai. We like everything about it. The on property manager Alejandro Dias was super helpful and went above and beyond for our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything he did. The staff overall is amazing and every guest on the property gets individualized care from them.
Thank you

Been coming for years. Service has gone down . Princess went up .. had to complain multiple times . Broken spa . Closed restaurants we had reservations at . Bad communication between staff to customer . Was always on top of service till recently. Even workers discreetly agreed with our complaints and what tell us to complain to higher management and they have noticed the level went down since change of staff in February. Just giving you a heads up do with you want with the information. They are no longer taking care of loyal customers as this was our seventh time back. And they stated it didn't matter they were only in seeking of new patrons. And our loyalty didn't mean much. Disappointing
